SheltonMindel℠, a Cooper Hewitt National Design Achievement award recipient, is an interdisciplinary firm providing architectural, interiors, and product design.
We transitioned from “SMA” to “SheltonMindel,” retaining the firm’s aesthetic tradition while making it more memorable and approachable. The new logotype has slender a proportion and delicate lowercase “bowls” creating a resolute clarity to the brand.
The Vignelli-esque website follows a grid structure that allow each project to be shown in a fresh, classy, and timeless fashion. It’s modern yet grounded on classical traditions.
