This modern Northern Italian restaurant in Midtown is ran by chef Roberto Deiaco, former Executive Chef at Armani Ristrorante 5th Avenue and Cipriani. His last restaurant, East 12th Osteria, was hailed by the Financial Times as one of the 5 best Italian restaurants in New York City.

For the logo, we designed a custom-drawn letterforms that feel modern, homely, and natural while incorporating the shape of an avena oat grain with the letter V. This highlights the chef’s emphasis on freshness and modern techniques in his interpretation of Italian cuisine.
