We designed a clean, minimal, and cutting edge graphic identity for The Modern Group, a residential brokerage company based in New York.
Hairline graphics on the promotional postcard are contrasted with the logo’s bold lettering. A stencil version of the logo was designed specifically for an etched metallic business card.
Floor plans on the website dynamically pinpoint the room in which the slideshow photo was taken.
