We were invited to design the cover of Brain Magazine. To fulfill the lime green color requirement, we chose to deconstruct The Son of Man by surrealist painter René Magritte in which a green apple hovers mysteriously over the face of a man.

We recreated the painting using actual pantone chips to make a visual statement on the act of choosing colors.
